Axial Shift can sync your schedule to external calendar apps like Apple Calendar or Google Calendar with just a few short steps.
Essential Information
Before setting up your schedule syncing it is important to be aware of how this feature works.
Your calendar app will request updates about your schedule from Axial Shift at a frequency determined by your calendar app. Axial Shift has no control over this frequency. Your calendar may update between 2 to 12 hours. Refer to your schedule in the Axial Shift mobile app for the most up to date information about your schedule.
Setting up a calendar subscription only needs to be done one time and all future shifts will automatically be synced to your calendar until you remove the calendar. If you
The link that you will use to enable schedule syncing is unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else. If you have accidently shared this link with someone else and wish to revoke their access you can regenerate the link from the same screen where you get the link in the Getting Started section. Regenerating your link will disable the previous one and you will have to follow the setup steps again in order to continue syncing your schedule.
Getting Started
1. Open and login to the Axial Shift mobile app. Head to the "more" button in the bottom right, scroll down to "My Schedule", and click on it.
2. From here you'll click on the "Calendar Sync" button in the top left.
3. Then you'll get a pop up at the bottom to "Copy Link", click the "Copy Link" button.
Google Calendar
1. Open Google Calendar in your internet browser and find the plus button next to "Other Calendars"
2. Select "From URL" in the pop up
3. Paste the link that you copied from the "Getting Started" section into the "URL of Calendar" input, then click "Add Calendar". It may take several minutes for shifts to show up while Google Calendar syncs.
4. Your schedule will start syncing! It may take a few minutes for your shifts to show up on your calendar. You can manage or remove this new calendar by going to "Other Calendars" and clicking on the 3 vertical dots next to Axial Shift.
Apple Calendar on iPhone/iPad
1. Open the Apple Calendar app
2. Click on the plus button at the top
3. Click on the "Add Calendar" button at the bottom and then "Add Subscription Calendar" in the pop up
4. Pate the link that you copied from the "Getting Started" section, scroll down inside the pop up to the "Subscribe" button. Click Subscribe, add a name for the calendar, then hit "Add" in the top right.

Apple Calendar on Mac
1. Open the Apple Calendar app
2. File > "New Calendar Subscription"
3. Paste the link you copied from the "Getting Started" section and click "Subscribe"
