Within each of these sections, you will find sub-sections containing things you can do (Operations), and thing you can read (Reports).
On our platform, you'll come across certain symbols frequently as you navigate and use our various features.
The calendar on our platform filters information by a specific date range. Depending on the context, you may be able to select a single day, a week, a month, or a custom range. Once you have selected your desired timeframe, the site will reload with the relevant information for that selection. Keep in mind, the date selection persists throughout all areas of the platform (meaning if you navigate to a new area of the site, the date selection will remain the same)
Green Plus Sign
The green plus sign is our universal symbol that indicates the ability to add something new. On our platform, you may see the plus sign in various contexts. When you see the plus sign, you can click on it to add a new item to the current page.
Purple Arrow Pointing Down
When you see the purple arrow pointing down symbol, you can click on it to download the information you are viewing in a CSV format. This can be a useful way to save and analyze data, and also allow you to share it with others. To open the downloaded CSV file, you will need a program that is capable of reading and editing CSV files, such as a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Pen and Paper
The pen and paper icon is our symbol for indicating the ability to edit something. On our platform, you may see this icon when you are viewing information or a piece of content that can be edited. When you see the pen and paper icon, you can click on it to enter edit mode and make the needed changes.
You may see this magnifying glass when you are viewing a list or collection of items that can be filtered for a quicker search. In addition to searching and filtering, you may also be able to click on the titles of the columns or categories to sort and organize the information in different ways. This can be a useful way to quickly find and access the information you need, or to view the data in a specific order.
